If I submit this code it doesn't give the value ,Is there any mistake?

Check the log, there should be an error-message like "No matching DO/SELECT statement."

Yes.  There's always a reason.  Besides the extra END statement ...

 

In this case, you haven't read in any data.  There's no SET statement, no INPUT statement ... where do you think the program should obtain a value for PAYMENT?  (And why is LOAN even in the program at all?)
