If you can't solve your homework on your own, I see three possibilities:
- you lack the necessary mental capabilities for the course; look for something that's easier and fits you
- you're too lazy; that's a real problem in all professions and you need to correct it
- your teacher is not capable of teaching properly; change to another course or school
