Dictionary.remember and sashelp.vrememb appear in my SAS9+ environment.

it is empty.

Do you know what values might populate the rows

DICTIONARY.REMEMBER is an undocumented Dictionary table. According to legend, it works with the Query Window, and should not be visible to users (whoops).
