Use FIND() function.

 

If find(Qu_8 ,'Highschool') or find(Qu_8 ,'1') then Qu_8 ='High school/ Secondary School';

Else if find(Qu_8 , ' Master')  then Qu_8 = 'Master Degree';

Else if Qu_8 ='.';
