createdataPG1v2_oda taking time to load

Hi, I am doing the foundation course for SAS. As part of the program, I have to open the program createdataPG1v2_oda.  When I click on run it is taking too long to process. Please advise if this is normal. If so, then how much time will it take?

What do you mean by too long?
Do you get any error messages in the log?
Where are you located and which ODA region are you registered in (US, Europe or Asia Pacific)?
Have you checked the status of the server (https://status.oda.sas.com/)?
