converting number values to decimals

I need help converting number  values to decimals in SAS University Please & Thank You

Please provide a very explicit description of the values you currently have and what the result should look like.

This might be a display question, which SAS uses formats to control and many times your default will be some version of Best. Which if the values do not have an actual decimal component will appear without one.

If this involves changing actual values then we need to see what you have and what you expect the result to be.

You need to provide more details. 

What is the type and format of the original data?

What have you tried that's not working?

What do you even mean by converting a number to a decimal? Is that just dividing by 1000 or 100? Or is data not being read in correctly from the start somehow and you're trying to fix it after the fact rather than fix your import process?
