Hello,

I started SAS Programming 1 Essentials for a few days and today, after logging, I cannot see the content list of the course. I see it before logging, but, after putting my username and password it disappears. I tried from other devices and it happens the same.  It is like I cannot progress to my course any longer. I have already read a few chapters.

Hi:
First, be sure you are not using a mobile device like a smartphone or iPad. Next, be sure that you're using one of the supported browsers, like Chrome, Firefox or Edge. If you're on VPN, try working not on VPN. Finally, if you are not working in the English version of the course, check the English version and see whether the same issue exists in that version.

Otherwise, if none of those suggestions works for you, then it's best to report this issue in an email to elearn@sas.com so that we can have the support team check the server.
Please be sure to use the email address that you've used with the elearning server and tell us which language version of the class you're taking.

Hello. I tried everything: I tried on chrome, Firefox and edge (with and without VPN). I tried on different laptops. The course was set in English language and is not working. Nothing is working. The video is not loading. Everything is still blank. I can see the video if I choose one of these languages: Spanish, french and chineese but non of these languages are known to me.

The video is loading if French, Spanish or Chinese language is chosen. This languages have SAS9.4v1 version. For all the other languages, including English, where only SAS9.4v2 version is available, is not working.

Hi: Our e-learning support team has become aware of several students who were impacted by corrupted server logs that prevented the video and table of contents screen from displaying correctly. Yesterday (Jan 6), they fixed the issue for the 3 students who had reported the issue so far and we sent emails to all 3 students. If you are still experiencing this problem today (Jan 7), then please send mail to elearn@sas.com so we can ask the e-learning support team to check the logs specifically for your class.
