compress space while import excel file

Here i have excel file in Tr_No variable observations have embeded spaces please see above marking so i want remove embaded space while import that file

Afaik not possible. You need to post process the data. Something like:

data rajadhani;
  set rajadhani;
  tr_no=compress(tr_no);
run;
