Why in the code below value of Ind=0?? 

How can I fix the code in order to identify  that two values are equal?

x='10934602996140000000000080A3010Q0101100011 00000000000000000000000000000000';
w='10934602996140000000000080A3010Q0101000011 00000000000000000000000000000000';
Run;

set a;
if x=w then Ind=1;else Ind=0;
