I have multiple datasets with the following variables

Dataset 1 Subid visit flag date time

Dataset 2 Subid visit flag date time

Dataset 3 Subid visit date time

Dataset 4 Subid visit date time

  1. I need to, When flag is present in the dataset compare date and time for the flag across datasets across visits
  2. When flag is not present in dataset compare date across mentioned datasets and across visits

1- When flag is present in the dataset compare date and time for the flag across datasets across visits

2- When flag is not present in dataset compare date across mentioned datasets and across visits

Also please post data in usable form and the expected output.

Compare what exactly? Record by record matching on some value(s) and report what?

Mean/count/rate or some other statistic of some variable? Which ones?

 

Compare can mean many different things and we need to have some idea what sort of comparison is involved and what the output should look like.
