While reading one of the data set from SAP HANA getting this error.

Is there any way to read that data set?

Can you show the code step and complete message from the LOG where this occurred? Or was this a pop up message of some sort?

I don't actually see anything that you posted that indicates an error. Just that you exceeded a preset limit. And since you are saying SAP this may be an SAP limitation possibly set by a DB Admin to limit results because you aren't expected to need/use that many records.
