hi,

I'm setting up daily automated reporting. Each morning, the job is set to query our tables for date: two days minus today (there is a two-day lag with the table refresh).  An approach is to write: where table_date=today()-2;.

If there is a better way (or if the above should be avoided), pls let me know. Currenly engine we use is Netezza, or Hadoop.

thank you

I might be better if done in netezza as where table_date=current_date-2 and create a work sas table and then run the report on it
