Hi,

I'm new to the community so please pardon me if I use the wrong location.

I need to create an XML Map based on the sample XML file which was created using an XSD schema (see attached). I'm only looking for an example on how to use a namespace with multiple levels and have a correct end taggings.

Angelica,

I just posted a question concerning NAMESPACES in the XMLMAP file.  Have you read:

http://support.sas.com/documentation/cdl/en/engxml/64990/HTML/default/viewer.htm#p1l4r1tyrnsapdn1gcd...

I am not sure that you have "a namespace with multiple levels", but I am rather new.  Instead, it looks like you have several namespaces.

Welcome to the Community.  Hopefully, it won't generally take 4 months to get a reply, especially one that may not help much.

Kind regards,

Kevin

Hi Kevin,

I have a question. Is the order of the namespaces in the XML file important for the XMLMap file?
I have 2 XML files. In both files the same namespaces are listed. The difference is the order in which they are listed.
I tried to use one XMLMap file to read the data from the two XML files.

The result is that data of one XML file is read. Data of the other XML file is not read.

I hope to hear a solution....

Kind regards,

Suraj Bachoe
