If you are asking if SAS runs on W10 S then the answer is no, as SAS is not available in the Windows App Store - only apps from the store can be installed on Win10 S.

Thanks @ChrisHemedinger! Worth pointing out that those people who have purchased a laptop / PC with Win10 S installed are able to upgrade this to Win 10 Professional possibly for free so that SAS can be installed.
