Very hard to say from a bad picture. But definitely drop the BDAYBook1.xlsx part of the Libname Statement.

Typically you get that error if there is a mismatch in bitness between SAS and MS Office. For example, SAS is 64-bit and Office is 32-bit. This only applies to the EXCEL LIBNAME engine.

 

Try LIBNAME bday XLSX "<Your Excel spreadsheet path>";

1) libname bday XLSX "c:\.............xlsx";
2) libname bday EXCEL "c:\.............xlsx";
