Hello

Trying to locate the file containing the program log (not using proc printto, just default). I'm using EG.

Where are the logs being saved to?

Thanks

MP

AFAIK, there are no "default log files" produced by EG. The log details are transmitted from your SAS server session to the EG app and are not stored anywhere in a discrete file.

Fully agree to @SASKiwi : with a normal setup the logs are not saved in files, but only returned to the project and stored in the project-file itself. Depending on how you have configured Enterprise Guide, those logs are not displayed in process flow and/or process tree.

If you want the logs sent back to EG to also end up in a file automatically, you need to change logconfig.xml in your WorkspaceServer configuration directory, and activate it in sasv9_usermods.cfg.
