Where can I get the sasuser.outdata data set?

Hi there, I'm practicing SAS and I'm hoping to get the sasuser.outdata data set. I found the sampledata.txt but it doesn't have the outdata data set:

Does anyone know where I can download the data set?

outdata lets me think that it is a dataset created somewhere along the way during the practices.
