What test for non-parametric continuous variable in complex survey data with weights?

I dont think ttest will work for non-parametric.

About Wilcoxon -it dont know it will consider weights of the data into account.

I dont know what test to use for data like NIS, NHANES, etc.

Actually, I want to compare means of 2 continuous variables(non-parametric) across 2 groups in a complex survey data. I don't know which test to use.
