This calls a SAS macro (which obviously has already been defined) named

 

%_eg_conditional_dropds

 

The macro requires one argument, which is:

 

WORK."%STR(QUERY_391_MOBILE PHONE)"n

 

Beyond that, we can't say because we don't know what the macro does.
