I'm not sure what you mean.  Can you give some context?

First, how are you running SAS, and what SAS product are you running?  For example, are you running SAS via batch submission (command line)? Enterprise Guide?  Display Manager?  SAS Studio?  Or ?

And do you want a "splash screen" like the below or do you want something written to the log or what?

Let me ask around, but there's nothing I know of that would do that for Enterprise Guide.  If I find anything out, I will post here again.
