Hello,

 

We are using PROC SGPLOT to create boxplots. A gray line is appearing in the attached for test number 4.

 

What is this gray line? What does it mean and tell us? How is it interpreted?

 

And how do we get rid of it?

Check the levels of variable Median_FSE_T1 , I guess you have missing level.

proc freq data=have ;
table Median_FSE_T1 /missing;
run;
