Unable to save libname.sas

I am learning SAS Programming 1 on SAS On-Demand. 

This is the assignment I have to solve. I tried solving it, and I am stuck on saving it. Here is my code:

I am a little unsure if it is correct. Also, I am trying to save it, but each time I try, I get an error.

Mark your "Files (Home)" before saving it. You have write permission there.

Having a program course files under Shared Files doesn't quite seem correct, are you sure you created the EGP folder in the correct location? It's possible the instructions have been updated over time though.
