Unable to create user in virtual lab

Hello, I am starting the SAS Programming 1: Essentials  class and want to use the virtual lab.  The instructions indicate to click Create User and then click Launch Virtual Lab.  Unfortunately, when I click on Create User, nothing happens.   I have tried this multiple times over the last two days.  Thanks for any assistance

Did you try using SAS OnDemand for Academics? It is free.
