That's gone. You have to switch to SAS OnDemand for Academics. let me know if you still need help. There is no more SAS University Edition.

SAS University Edition is no longer supported, and so cannot be accessed.

 

You need to use SAS Studio as part of SAS OnDemand (it's free)

This is because most browsers have implemented security solutions that prevent http access.
Search google and you will solutions for your specific browser.

This issue appeared when users were using SAS University edition.
Now with everybody moving to SAS Academics on Demand, this issue is no more relevant.
