Unable to Register SAS Metadata objects from the Physical file location in SAS DI

Hi Team,

When i try to register SAS Metadata objects from the Physical file location in SAS DI i get the below error.

Step 1 : I am able to locate the table

Step 2 : Browse, then change the location of the folder.

Step 3 : For the first time , i am able to see the table but it does not get registered in the metadata folder.

Step 4 : for the next time, i dont see the table only and get the below message.

In both step 3 and Step 4 , i get the same preview, the only difference is initially it shows the table but later it does not show.

As i cannot disclose the tables, showing you only the attached image.

What does the log say? Please share?

If you use the SMC library plug-in: Can you see the table under the library? 

If you use the SMC search function and search for the table name: Do you find something? And if you find something is the table object under the expected library and in the expected folder?
