Two dates

I really would like help with finding out which two dates these numbers identifies in SAS;

15218

17166

I need to know if I have it correct...

Very nice. May i request what didn't work? I find that strange as my test yielded the correct results. Plus will help me learn from my mistakes

NOTE: The data set WORK.DATES has 2 observations and 1 variables.
NOTE: DATA statement used (Total process time):
      real time           0.00 seconds
      cpu time            0.01 seconds

Results:

31AUG2001
31DEC2006
