Transpose data

I need to transpose this table to other table i typed:

id	grade	course
12	A	HUM1020
15	B	HUM1020
17	A	ENC1101
17	A	HUM1020
17	B	MAT2020

i need to transpose this table to this table:

id	HUM1020	ENC1101	MAT2020
12	A
15	B
17	A	A	B

PROC TRANSPOSE should be able to handle this, as long as the data is in order by ID:

proc transpose data=have out=want (drop=_name_);

   var grade;

   by id;

   id course;

run;
