Tips for creating HTTP Post service in 9.4/Viya

Hi we need to create an HTTP post service. Have challenges in finding our way through the documentation. Can somebody please point us to the right documentation, for 9.4/Viya. I also seem to remeber a webinar/Ask the expert on the topic. I can't find this again. If I remeber right and somebody has the link can you please point us to the right path.
