Hi, I have a dataset that records time in UTC, is there a procedure in SAS that can automatically change the time to Pacific time, considering the DST, adding 5 hours or 6 hours can be complicated in different years. Thanks

Particularly difficult since the offsets are 7 or 8 hours.  🙂
