Can somebody explain me how do you calculate the summary of adverse events by system organ class preferred term safety population in the easiest way by givin an example.

Sorry, this is a question and answer board.  Even if I had the time to go over a full table output's worth of training, that code is proprietary.  The company you work for should have code libraries and plenty of examples, and you could check out the Phuse Code Library
