Standard Unit conversion lookup

Does anyone have any idea from where to get a standard unit conversion lookup with conversion factors and standard units ?

A couple examples of what you need are helpful.

One "conversion" approach is a custom function and /or use of a format with a custom function as shown in the Proc Format example "Creating a Function to Use as a Format" which does temperature conversions from/to degrees F and C.

Proc STDIZE is designed to standardize values.
