Some of the ticks have been thinned

Hello I have encountered this not, unfortunately i have tried to use the options such as fitpolicy=thin but its to vain, 

 I have also tried to increase the height and width of  ods graphics but its to vain . 

Some body help.

Please post the code you use a text using the "insert SAS Code" function. Adding data in usable form would be useful, too.
