Serial Number Did Not Work

When i tried to activate the product with the serial number I was emailed, I received this notification "The serial number entered is for a prior version of JMP. Use a serial number appropriate for this version of JMP." What can be done about this?

I suggest you track this with JMP tech support.  See the JMP Support page for resources.
