Search Similar defects from a defect dump

Hi All,

I have to code a logic that could find out list of similar defects from a defect dump and rank them on the basis of their similarity.

Example : Search Criteria: Unable to create reservation

Expected: A list of all the defects regarding the create reservation issue should be displayed and they should be ranked in accordance to relation with  the search criteria.

Kindly suggest.

Note: search using "where" wont work as it is exact match of the text entered.

@Guptashwe can you provide an example of this task? Preferably with some example data and what you expect the result to look like from that data? Makes it much easier to provide a usable answer with code.
