I need help to schedule number of scripts to run on a specific time regularly with intervals without task scheduler is it possible please help

That's heavily dependent on your operating system, and if you have the correct privileges granted by your organization's IT.

Why do you not want to use a task scheduler? If you are running SAS locally on your PC then the Windows Task Scheduler is a good choice. If you are using SAS on a remote server then SAS Management Console provides a point-and-click interface to schedule SAS jobs.
