Hello Everyone,

I wonder if there is any possibility to integrate the servicenow server with SAS 9.4. I would like to connect the service now from SAS and automate ticket creation in specific time interval.

I did not find any documentation regarding this so far..

 

Please let me know if any of you have some idea about it

ServiceNow has a developer API documented at https://developer.servicenow.com/

I haven't tried to use it (yet) in SAS.  @ChrisHemedinger has some pointers using REST APIs in this post:
