Hi Fellow SAS Communities,

Is there a way we can find out a SAS function(s) has been executed in SAS or Hadoop.

TIA

Hi @techie

In order for a SAS function to be passed down to a database it must be passed down to the database. The following SAS statement will display the SQL that is sending to the database:

OPTIONS SASTRACE=',,,d' SASTRACELOC=SASLOG NOSTSUFFIX;

You can see an example of it in this SGF workshop I delivered. It is old, but most of it is still relevant.

Best wishes,

Jeff
