Hi all:
I heard about there is free SAS version could be downloaded somewhere. Any one know where it is? Any difference between the free version and the 9.4? Could it provide PROC SQL function? Could it handle mega dataset? Thanks.

SAS UE is SAS 9.4 and supports PROC SQL. There is not data size limitation in concept, but it is limited to 2 cores and unlimited RAM. There can be issues with running statistical procedures if you don't have enough RAM assigned to the VM.
