SAS display

SAS 9.4 was installed on workstation and the current display is incorrect.  Please see the attached screen shot of a SAS tables properties.

What steps do I need to take to make the unexpected characters go away and only display English?

shortcuts were pointed to the incorrect folders under the nls directory.
