Hello !

Is it possible to "merge" multiples PowerPoints ?

I have many powerpoints with only one slide and I would like to have only one powerpoint.

Exemple :

PowerPoint 1 : 1 slide A

Powerpoint 2 : 1 slide B

PowerPoint 3 : 1 slide C

==> PowerPoint 4 : 3 slides, A, B, C

It's like a "open the files you need, copy the slides and paste them into a new powerpoint, save and close"

Is it possible with SAS ?

Thank you !

Not directly from SAS, but you can call VBS from SAS.

Thank you for your answer Reeza !

A VBA macro already exist and do what they (collegues) want but it seem that it's very long in time to produce 8500 reports ^^

So I look if there were other ways in R or SAS to run it more efficiently !

Thank you again

My question would be why do you have so many files? Is there a way to change that in some other step?

And VBS is not VBA, so it's possible it's faster. I've done this with Excel and Word files before without any noticeable speed issues, about 5000 docs in under 5 minutes.
