SAS VIYA (4.) html reading .json file

I have html form in VIYA 4.0- I need to read .json file 

<input type="text" multiple class="multipleInputDynamic" data-url="/test.json" id="eNR" name="eNBR" required>

Question- I am told it is not going to work in Viya 4.0- any other option such as reading from .xml file
