Do you need to process database and/or Microsoft Excel data in SAS?

This course teaches you how to process data using SAS/ACCESS software. Databases and PC files covered in this course are Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Oracle, DB2, Teradata, and Microsoft SQL Server via ODBC. Also included is a brief discussion about Hadoop, JMP, dBase, STATA, SPSS, and R.

 

Learn how to

 

  • process relational database data and PC file data using the LIBNAME statement and SQL Pass-Through Facility
  • import PC file data using the IMPORT procedure, as well as export data using the EXPORT procedure
  • use In-Database Processing methods to submit Base SAS procedures to relational database for processing
  • improve performance with the SAS/ACCESS LIBNAME statement.
