SAS SPDE showing file lock error

SASA,I am getting file lock error when I am using the SPDE library. I have searched a lot but solutions given seem to be not working. Can anybody tell me how do I get rid of this error without deleting the mdf file from the physical library?

It will be highly appreciated if you comeback with a solution of any kind.

I have found this helpful information. But this is not working.  I have tried this several times. Is there anything else?

If you have a library called WORKSPDE for example, to keep from getting the lock error, I did this as an option with filelocks.
