Hi there!

I am a first time SAS user, and looking to start my journey. I'm currently setting up my SAS Studio folders with all the required files etc, however I have been unable to upload the TSAClaims.xlsx, as it is 33.5MB - with the maximum apparently being 10MB. Is there anyway I can sort this?

I'm accessing SAS studio remotely using the SAS University Edition

Hope somebody can help!

Jack

You can chop the .xlsx file into pieces such that each fits under the 10MB limit. Of course, then you'd have to re-combine the pieces and maybe the result is still a SAS data set too big for SAS University Edition.

Hi Kurt,

Ah I feel a bit slow now 😂. I'm using Virtual Box. I've placed the course content into the Shared Folder.

Thanks so much!

Jack

Hello Kurt,

I am having the same issue with the TSA Claims Excel file. I am also using the Oracle Virtual Machine. This may be a silly question, but where is the Shared Folder located?

Thanks,

Leslie

In the setup instructions of UE, it is suggested you create a folder in Documents called SASUniversityEdition, and within that, another called myfolders, which you then define as shared folder when importing and configuring the virtual machine.
