SAS FM batch load data

Good morning, trying to load data in SAS FM via batch, for the same procedure, sometimes I get the message "msg = Source member id: 503 - Warning: no updates founded" instead of "msg = Source member id: 503 - Import completed successfully". My questions are: 1. What exactly means the first message? 2. How is possible that the same procedure returns two differents messages although in both cases the DDS has been correctly loaded? Versions: SAS 9.2, FM 5.2. Thanks
