SAS EG Process flow basics

I find such process flows in almost every project. What does the folder icon mean here ?

Also, where can I learn how to create these process flows in SAS EG and understand how to use them

Quick question though, what are these folders called? when i open it up it just has logs. how do I run this folder code/ contents?
