SAS Base and Macro Certification

Dear All,
Greetings of the day !!!!!!!!
I am a VBA Excel Developer and want to be certified in following.
I want to be certfied in SAS Base ans Macro Certification.
Can anybody provide me tutorials & guidelines regarding this that helps me.
Is it possible to get a copy of SAS S/W to install in my pc and learn myself throughly as a student ?

The SAS Macro Facility is covered on the Base SAS certification exams.

The certification prep books are very helpful...!
