SAS Base Engine Libraries are not available

Hello,

I don't know why, since several days I am not able to create/modify tables in the SAS Libraries.

I am getting following error:

"ERROR: You cannot create or delete datasets, views or indexes in

  this mode. Try the option METAOUT=DATA."

The Libraries are assigned using system engine. They are also preassigned.

I have tried to use Metaout Option, but it didn't help...

I would appreciate any help!

If you can see the libraries in SAS Explorer, right click on one having this issue and look at the Properties menu.

See if it says "Read only".

Or check with you admin, someone may have changed your permissions.
