Are there any books or papers on the "Stored Processes". Think it is what I am looking for.

And if you don't need to dynamically run reports, but know that a certain set of reports will be expected, creating them in batch to HTML web pages with a little navigation around them might be the way to go.

What version of SAS software are you running? Submit

%put &=sysvlong;

and then cut and paste the last line in the SAS log.

Also, how are you running SAS? From SAS Studio? From SAS Enterprise Guide?

SAS Studio supports creating custom tasks. SAS Enterprise Guide also supports custom tasks, although it requires some specialized skills to create them.
