Hello,

I want to build a tool with sas/af. But I am not sure, whether it is the appropriate solution. I have got one question:
I would like to display a dataset in the interface. In this dataset there are already observations, but missing values, in fact whole variables are missing.

Is it possible to add these missings values with a sas/af interface by a user?

Best regards,
Tim

Are you asking if you could update data in a SAS table using SAS/AF Frame interface? Yes you can.

Since it seems that you don't have any experience (yet) using SAS/AF, you should consider building your data entry application using an alternative technique, since SAS/AF generally is considered as an outdated technology. Perhaps an web-based will have better future, or some kind MS Office integration could for you?

What are the business requirements for the data entry application?

Data never sleeps
